The Equality and Diversity Unit (IDIS) is the unit of the University of Lleida responsible for ensuring the prevention of any discrimination or violence due to birth, racial or ethnic origin, sex, religion, belief or opinion, age, disability, sexual orientation or identity, gender expression, disease or health condition, serological status or genetic predisposition to suffer pathologies and disorders, language, socioeconomic situation or any other personal or social condition or circumstance..

UdLxTothom
The UdLxTothom Program is attached to the Equality and Diversity Unit that is part of the Vice-Rectorate for Social Commitment, Equality and Cooperation, with the support of the SIAU that manages resources, receives requests for attention, detects new needs and designs and develops actions in collaboration with the different centers and the rest of the structural units and services of the University of Lleida. This program receives the support of the UdL Social Council.
The objectives are:
- Promote a university policy committed to the full inclusion of people with disabilities or specific needs at the UdL
- Foster access to and permanence at the UdL for people with disabilities or specific needs.
- Develop the necessary mechanisms to facilitate the academic goals of students with disabilities or specific needs with equal opportunities..
- Promote the personal and professional development of people with disabilities or specific needs who are members of the UdL.
Ensure accessibility to UdL facilities, infrastructure, information and media.
